Building Biology
Being early is tough—it can make you look crazy. Charlie Munger nailed it when he said the real money isn’t in buying or selling, it’s in the waiting. We’re early on Building Biology, really early.
If you’re reading this because you need a healthy home, I know exactly what you’re going through. Everything around us feels poisonous—the dust in our homes, the air we breathe. I learned that I’d been sleeping in high-EMR environments my whole life, and it’s only getting worse. Cell phone towers are one of the biggest threats to human health, and soon they’ll hit property values too. The control grid is real, even if it’s just corporate greed and government collusion.
Building Biology started in Europe after World War II. Post-war rebuilding relied on new petrochemical products and methods that made people sick. That’s when Building Biology was born. It reached the U.S. in the late 80s and is now picking up speed as more people—especially kids—get sicker.
Our traditional North American wood-frame homes are quietly harming us on a massive scale. It’s hard to explain to most people, but if you’re desperate for a healthy home, it resonates.
Building Biology studies how the built environment affects human health, with nature as the gold standard. A so-called “green” home can still be toxic. A true Building Biology home is optimal for both people and the planet. The healthier a home is for us, the better it is for the environment.
Building Biology follows 25 principles, using nature as the benchmark. We’re among the few who can actually apply them. Out of necessity, we became Building Biologists. Now we’re here to help as many people as possible create sovereign, healthy homes. We believe that’s our higher purpose.
Ready to build a home that actually supports your health instead of harming it? If you’re serious about creating a truly healthy, sovereign home, we’re here to help. Let’s put Building Biology principles to work for you!
